Natural Slate Product Disclosure
Natural slate is a naturally occurring stone product. Because it is formed by nature, variations in color, shade, texture, thickness, surface characteristics, veining, mineral deposits, and overall appearance are normal and should be expected. These natural variations are part of the character and beauty of genuine slate and are not considered defects.
Photos, samples, and displays are intended to represent the general appearance of the material but cannot guarantee an exact match to the slate delivered. Variations may occur between individual pieces, pallets, and shipments.
Natural slate should be inspected prior to installation. Installation constitutes acceptance of the material’s appearance, color variation, sizing, texture, and other natural characteristics.
Testing information, classifications, specifications, and other technical information provided for a particular slate are intended to assist customers in evaluating the product. Buyers, contractors, architects, and installers are responsible for determining whether the selected slate is appropriate for the intended application and complies with applicable project specifications, building requirements, and installation standards.
Please note, that all orders are hand-split and customized. Once orders are placed and the production has started, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
